In-House Hospitality
The Monroe Street Hospitality Team is led by Steve and Kristine Short, who are passionate about hospitality and have over three decades of experience in the industry.
Our in-house team executes on all culinary and beverage integrations on property, knowing the intricacies of the venue and how to seamlessly execute at an elite level. Our team is made up of over one hundred highly trained individuals who bring their unique talents, work ethic and dedication to each experience that is collectively created for you and your guests. The expansive culinary team is composed of executive chefs, executive sous chefs, chefs, prep cooks, porters and pastry chefs. The hospitality team is composed of senior captains, captains, servers, runners, bartenders and bar backs. These teams are complemented by the behind the scenes teams of operations, sales, finance and leadership. Intensely organized, systematic, and passionate about the guest experience, we’re continual learners and proud of our ability to serve.
