Chef Crafted, Chef Executed

Steve composes every menu, creates every dish, and, together with our culinary team, continually crafts every last detail until all components perfectly complement each other. Drawing from influences including his lineage, growing up in farm culture, New American cuisine and Arizona and its nuanced flavors, Steve creates menus that reflect our purpose.

Our chefs create everything we serve. This includes all stocks, sauces, dressings, appetizers, craft beverages, and desserts. We simply will not serve pre-made products, and this is intentional. We believe in making food from scratch, choosing each ingredient, and allowing food’s intrinsic beauty and flavors to shine.
